Did anyone feel 2023 was just 2022 part 2?

I didn't feel any sudden transition in 2023. The only real difference were there were some stupid AI disney pictures, but other than that the same vibe was there.

In 2022, the Ukraine War started, and in 2023 it was Gaza, both years were politcal conflicts rising.

Phonk seemed to have stayed the same. Brazillian Funk wasn't mainstream till 2024.

The 2024 election took place in 2024, while 2022-2023 seemed to be filler years before that.

AI became prevelent in 2024. All it did in 2023 was scare teachers and sh*t, but it actually felt like a new technology became mainstream in 2024 when AI overview came out.
