CPO pkg submission glitch???

Hi guys, this is a long shot but I figure there must be someone who’s also experienced this. I’ve been trying to submit my LTB and myself and two other friends + ChatGPT can’t figure this out. I have 7 enclosures. Submitted countless times and changed the order but continues to get rejected and says something like “Submission failed - cannot convert. There may be a problem with the file.” But yet when each one was submitted individually, it worked for every single one.. how? Even submitting any two enclosures works, but anything over three, nope. We thought it was my computer so I logged into another one, same thing. Next I had someone else try with their own CAC login, still nope!
 
We printed all documents to PDF to get rid of any possible security. All sizes are well under 2 MB. Re-printed each enclosure out, scanned it, re-saved it, changed the file names, everything…

At this point we’re completely clueless for what this could mean or what else to try. I know I can submit via email/DoD Safe but would of course like to submit via the preferred method. Any thoughts or advice?? Thanks y’all🥺
