Trying to remember this early 2000s college comedy

Hey guys, I have this random movie stuck in my head from the early 2000s and for the life of me I can't remember the name. It’s definitely one of those raunchy college comedies from that era, kind of like American Pie.

I don't remember the whole plot but a few really specific scenes stuck out. Right near the beginning, there’s a scene where a girl is moving into her dorm or house and meeting her new roommates, and one of the girls unpacks this absolutely massive vibrator for a joke and just sets it out on display. Then later on, there’s this big campus pool party where the main douchebag guy gets totally humiliated—someone ends up dropping his pants in front of everyone and he has a giant, gross skidmark on his underwear. There's also this blonde queen bee character who is the leader of the popular girls and she is always dressed entirely in pink.

I know it sounds like a fever dream but I swear it's a real movie. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
