Should I get loan to stay in us?

My tuition cost is $124,000. My country covered my studies, but I have to go back and work for 5 years in my country without paying back money.
But in case I want to stay, I will have to pay everything back. I want to take student loan for 30 years.
In my country good salary is $1020. There not much studious in my country, they constantly get closed. And I am not sure if my salary even going to be $1020. My sister works as accountant many years, and still makes around $1000.
My household is very toxic, my dad is alcoholic and I even have thyroid autoimmune disease, probably because of stress. I lost a lot of weight living alone and feel less stressful.
Also renting is expensive in my country. Half of my salary will go to rent. So even if I will want to go to another country like Korea, I will never save enough money with salary $1000 (and 50% go to renting). Food is almost same cost as in us. And I will finish my 5 years working at 33, imagine learning new language in Korea and starting everything from beginning with no guarantee that I will able stay there. Also my parents getting older so they definitely will not help with money.
In US, if I will divide everything into 30 years, it will around $4000 a year. Yes, there a lot of risk, but it feels you can grow and earn money in us if you want with time.
And getting visa to America for people in my country absolutely impossible, if you’re not you for studies, of win green card lottery. I’m not sure that with salary in my country I will get enough money to pay for studies in us, also not sure that I will ever win green card lottery.
So I’m thinking, should I get loan?
