Torrents download speed

Hello, when I add an (uncached) torrent to Torbox, the download speed is very low (4 hours ETA for a 2.5gb file, for example). Notice that every torrent has enough seeds/peers, and it downloads faster on my computer. Is this normal? Am I missing some setting on TorBoxApp? Cheers.
