Unable to access Schale Network - login error and galleries won't load

I'm having trouble accessing Schale Network and I'm not sure if it's just me or if the site is having issues.

When I open the site, galleries don't load and I get an "Unable to retrieve galleries" message. I've tried:

• Refreshing the page
• Logging out and back in
• Different mirror links
• Different browsers
• Incognito mode
• Mobile and desktop
• Wi-Fi and mobile data

Nothing seems to work.

When I try to log in, I get this error:

public: failed to execute a one query for users: bind failed to execute query: failed to connect to `host=localhost user=shupogaki database=shupogaki`: dial error (dial tcp 127.0.0.1:5432: connect: connection refused)

The site was working normally before I cleared my browser cookies. After clearing them, I started getting these errors and couldn't access galleries or log in. I'm not sure if the cookie clearing is actually related or if it's just a coincidence.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or does anyone know a fix?
