AKC registered

So my wife found a website that supposedly sells Malinois and absolutely fell in love with one of the puppies. She’s convinced that it’s real because its dogs are AKC registered. I think it may be a scam so how do I check if they’re truly registered with AKC. We are both new to this and looking for a breeder to buy from.

This is the website that I’m suspicious of.
