New tinnitus sound ontop of 2 existing - im scared to death now- morse code type

Hi everyone

I... i know people here have various spectrums of this disease.

I would like to ask if new tinnitus sounds just keep adding up or what's... what's happening?

I have 2 sounds a high pitched ringing and a lower hum in both ears

Today after a longer day out in town doing errands sans earplugs I noticed a morse code like low quieter tinnitus on my left ear as I'm trying to sleep at 4 am... yay getting up at 8.

I also had a massive migraine as well as severe tmj jaw pain from my big tmj muscles on my left jaw.

Will my tinnitus just keep adding up?

Will it just be a bunch of sounds ?

Whats happening

I usually wear earplugs and headsets walking in town. I also make sure not to go to loud places byt today I was in a cafe and walked by a main street.

Im so scared this will keep adding up and I wont be able to live life at one point

My T started after loud headphone use after a panic attack.

Initially I had one quiet weeee sound

Then it got louder and another lower weee came along
