Store for apps

Now that Veteris is gone (RIP) what app can i use for browsing apps and games?, because i saw in a video that some dude had an app of ios obscura called ''IOS obscura locator'', idk if thats a real app, i know you can use tools to extract ipa's and then injecting it to the ipad or phone, (I have an ipad 1st gen), call me lazy but that's a little slow for me, anyways maybe i can find a store for browsing apps?
