I cant download clips on my xbox app, error message says something is wrong with privacy settings

Hello,

I have a problem when trying to download media from my captures in my xbox app. when i click download I get a message saying:

"You're privacy settings dont currently allow you to share to social networks. To change this, you'll need to update your privacy settings."

I have gone through the privacy settings but cant tell which one to change and what to change it to.

I have

"Who can see your captures" set to

Everyone on the internet

"Who can see your activity feed" set to

Everyone on xbox

"Who can see your game and apps history" set to

everyone on xbox

"who do you want to communicate with outside of xbox" set to

Everyone on the internet

"Who do you want to communicate with on xbox" set to

Everyone on xbox

"Others can send you friend requests" set to

allow

"others can follow you" set to

allow

does anyone know one bit of information on how to fix this? I'd rather download my clips instead copy pasting the links.
