Group addressing at work feels like public shaming

advice

I just started a new job a few months ago, it’s completely different to what I’ve done so it’s been very stressful and a big learning curve. It seems like the culture at this place is to address concerns to the group or “refresh” everyone on something, except, this is often directly after I do something or make a mistake. I feel like everyone knows it’s me who they’re addressing, or they feel like i’m getting them in trouble too. I have no issues with being corrected or even reprimanded directly, but this way makes me feel so much worse. Does anyone have some experience or advice on how not to get so upset or feel publicly shamed when issues are addressed like this?
