logged out weirdly

hihihihi, i went on my app just now to see my notifications and it logged me out. when i tried logging back in, it said “please reset your password to log in” i pressed like “forgot your password” it sends me a verification code to my number and i press that but then it goes “please check your email to reset your password” smth like that but i don’t have that email whatsoever. idk what to do (っ◞‸◟ c) ive had this acc for a year or two and that’s the only dc acc i have. it didn’t even rly have an email, it had my number. when i press “register” it lets me add my number and i find that weird, not logging in but like creating another acc with that number but i thought u could only do one acc per number (?)
