Alcoholism - mom of toddlers

Just looking for somebody to relate. I am an alcoholic obviously. I haven’t drank in about a week and I’m feeling good. However, Today was super challenging and stressful with my two toddlers. I was losing it, but I still didn’t drink. How to deal with the stress?
