hazardous daniels unlimited 2.0 question

Hi hiii So im noticing that seasons last for FOREVER. But I wanna be able to grow crops but obv they wont grow without the right season. Is it possible to grow them outside the season with something in the game?

I suppose a good question would be is there a discord server for this mod pack at all so I can ask questions directly there?
