I feel like my parents have set me up for failure and I’m mad at them for it

22F, no job experience, no car or drivers license and having a quarter life crisis. My parents didn’t let me work in high school because they wanted me to focus on school plus lockdown hit when I was like 15-17 which made me not want me to work at all. By senior year, I’ve developed severe anxiety and got sick which prevented me from working. I begged and begged them to teach me to drive and they refused to teach me. At 18-19, I’ve got with my abusive ex who is worse than my parents (controlling to a t) and has left me with trauma as well as low self esteem and depression. Still not able to find employment despite the 100+ applications I’ve sent, my parents are still making up excuses for me not to learn to drive and feeling like I’m better off dead because I feel like a loser. My mom will have to leave in a few months (a reason I don’t want to share. Not divorce) and tbh, its making me feel a bit relieved knowing she won’t be such a pain in the ass to me anymore but my dad will still be here with my brother and I but he isn’t as controlling as my mom but still somewhat of a helicopter dad. My mom is the one who usually runs the house so it’ll be up to the 3 of us to carry ourselves and I’m feel like I’m stuck in fawn or freeze mode.
