Biting is ruining breastfeeding

My son is 8 months - we’ve made it SO far in our journey. I want to continue but he’s biting me SO hard it’s almost at the point where I want to cry it hurts so bad.

I’ve reacted loudly and taken it away I just don’t know what else to do

I’m afraid our journey might have to come to an end 😭
