Structural Engineering

Good day po, ask ko lang po if possible po ba or paano po kayo nakakapasok as structural engineer as a newly licensed? I have an okay board rating naman po hindi mataas pero hindi rin mababa, 83.1% overall and 85% psad.

Parang ang konti po kasi ng opportunities for fresh grads since ang hinahanap nila is may exp na if fresh grad naman ang prefer nila either mga quizzer or laude. Any tips po or company reccomendations would be very much appreciated, thank you!
