Customers are getting lost while finding my address. What do i do?

For some reason it seems that its common for people to not be able to find my address. There have been plenty of people who have no problem finding it, but also lots of people who just cant seem to find it

I really dont understand how to resolve this issue. The customer will tell me they’re on the way to my house, tell me they cant find my house, then never show up. Ive done multiple things to try to help them such as

1.standing outside my house and describing my house/what im wearing 2. Describing nearby stores - i live right behind a gym so i always tell them to locate that instead if they’re lost 3. Making sure i have the proper address typed and i even give them a link straight from google maps 4. Providing screenshots of my house

I do not live in a secluded are or city. I live in a town with multiple neighborhoods and stores around. Im just so confused why this is a common occurrence and not sure what to do
