Is this normal?

I got a text from a random number after applying to Starbucks “Hello,
This is _______ from Starbucks. If you are still interested in joining our team, please give me a call. T.Y.” And then they called but I didn’t pick up cus I was busy (oops) but has this happened to anyone else? is it legit or a scam?
