[Question] Art toy supplier here. Need help finding a reliable international shipping line for fragile goods.

We run an art toy supply business in China. We handle a lot of delicate IP figures with very specific CMFs .

Lately, shipping these overseas has been quite a headache. Our previous freight forwarder made mistakes several times.

We are desperately looking for a carrier that actually handles fragile goods with care. Our domestic factory partners recommended JD Logistics to us.

But I want to hear from actual people who do cross-border shipping. Do you guys have any solid freight recommendations for fragile, high-value goods? Or any secret packing strategies? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
