How do you handle icon consistency when you need custom sets?
i've been hitting this wall repeatedly. i pick an icon set for a project, it works fine for a while, and then inevitably i need something that doesn't exist in that set. so i either:- hunt through other sets and deal with style mismatches- commission custom icons which gets expensive fast- try to draw something myself and it looks amateurthe worst part is when you're building something for a client and they need "just one more icon" that breaks your whole design system.spent the last year building something to solve this for myself (basically an AI icon generator that keeps style consistency across generated sets at https://icora.io) but curious what workflows others have settled on.do you stick to one set and compromise on missing icons? mix sets and live with the inconsistency? draw custom?tbh i'm interested in what people actually do in production, not the theoretical best practice.
