Migraines

I have a bad headache or migraine daily, I’m in my 12th week. I’ve always been prone to migraines, but trying to avoid my typical medication as it’s not recommended during pregnancy. My OB set me up with a neurology appointment, but does anyone have advice on treatment? I’ve been trying magnesium for 4+ weeks and it does nothing for me, B12 helps a bit in the mornings
