How does reservist 10 cycle work

I am asking this because 2 years after i ord i have been called up 2 years in a row for reservist. Let's say i get called up every year consecutively (i am not sure if this trend will continue), I would have completed my 10 year reservist cycle before 40 as a wose. Then i just MR before 40 or will the reservists call up be more spread out there after?
