Hair loss

Anyone else experiencing extreme hair loss, thinning in the top of your head? I’ve been on Zeppo’s since November 12, 2025 and I’m 59 years old. I was already experiencing some post menopausal hair thinning but it has gotten much worse since being on this drug long term. I’m currently on the 7.5 and working on my last 10 pounds. I’m hoping to lower the dose for maintenance in a few months. The hair loss has been the worst part of this drug.
