Track-It issues, could use some help please!

I hadn't used the track it in a few months and went to do a scan and now the moment I hit the start button the tracker says tracking lost. Figured I might need to just recalibrate it, and it simply will not complete calibration. I've tried like 10 times to no avail. It's insanely frustrating. I've tried two PCs (laptop is used to work on just fine, i7, 96gb ram, rtx4090) and a fairly powerful desktop (AMD ryzen 7 9800x3d, 128gb ram, rtx5080).

I've tried in a normally lit room, dimly lit, well lit. No reflective surfaces in view on the tracker and it always seems to be going fine till the very end where it ends up failing when it's does the final accuracy check.

I've tried contacting Revopoint tech support and they're awful. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
