90.1%tile in jee mains 30-40 marks in wbjee , need help finding mechanical/aerospace colleges in west Bengal

Hi everybody I'm very confused, I scored 90.1%tile in jee mains as a first time dropper ( F) . In wbjee I'm honestly not expecting much (30-40 marks ). I want to do mechanical/ aerospace engineering from west bengal only since I stay here . Please list me some colleges , private govt whatever I can get admission into and also the procedure . Do I enter josaa counselling and stuff ? What do I do ? Please help
