Warning: If you don’t activate your Extra before the 1st you don’t get to built your box.

I decided I wanted to change from Original to Extra for the future. I was already billed for my Original for June and ordered add ons. When I went to switch, it said I could switch to Extra or get both. I picked switch because I only the wanted the Extra in July.

Well apparently I am getting both the Original and Extra for June, which I would have been fine with, but it won’t let me build my box for Extra. I click the feature and it just reloads the page.

I emailed Customer Support and they essentially said that I don’t get to make any choices because I didn’t activate my Extra before the first.

I already ordered so many of the available options as my add ons so I’m worried I’m either going to get duplicates of what I ordered or the “leftovers” no one wanted.

Maybe this is common knowledge, but I didn’t know so just an FYI. Pretty annoying since there were no clear warnings about any of this when I went to switch to Extra.
