question abt RC

I js got offered RVRC for context.

1. if I'm planning to stay in RC, does that affect my chances of getting an overseas exchange?

2. if I do get a overseas exchange, do I still have to pay for the RC fees?

3. Amenities in the RC? Are there gyms and stuff?

4. is the location for RVRC quite good? I saw that it's located quite near the different schools

5. How is the culture? i applied for RC to avoid the party culture in halls.
