Sleep Aid Recommendations?

Hi! I recently (successfully) transitioned off of oxcarbazepine and am now on only Lamotrigine and Keppra. While on all three, I didn’t struggle at all with sleeping. However, now I wake up at least twice per night and have trouble falling asleep. Something to note is that I also have ADHD which has always made it hard for me to fall asleep.

I have tried Melatonin and it only makes it worse and has me waking up early when I end up needing to sleep later to ensure I have enough rest. Does anyone know of safe sleep aids to help? I would greatly appreciate it :)
