Carbon seat post. Any issues?

So I had my new Ari Shafer comp delivered 5 weeks ago. Unfortunately I broke my elbow 6 weeks ago and won’t be riding again for probably at least another month. I’m 6’2” and weigh 220. The bike comes with a carbon seat post. My background is primarily mt biking and I’ve seen two carbon seat posts fail over the years on hard tails. Don’t know what brands they were. One rider was smaller and lighter than me. The other was heavier. Anyone out there have any issues with carbon seat posts on gravel bikes? Looked online a bit and didn’t really see any issues. TIA
