When does the itching stop

I’m 4 days post opp and I’m going crazy. When does the itching stop. I can’t even itch it bc I’m fully numb everywhere. When am I no longer numb when will the itching stop. Is there something I can do to get it to stop itching or itch? I’m taking Benadryl but it’s
