Prof X Global Heroes Node 3 — Am I Hosed?

Finally got enough gear to try out the Global Heroes section of the Prof X saga.

The first 2 nodes were simple, but in the 3rd node (with Mercs for Money), I can’t take a single action before I’m dead.

Here’s what I have, all G20, level 110, at least one diamond:

Captain America (bc freebie) Deadpool (bc freebie) Wolverine (bc freebie) Damon (bc of his awesome AoE attacks) Peggy Carter (I’ve read everywhere that Patriot works, and I wanted a Controller)

Methinks the issue is that bc of the lack of synergy, I’m not getting a speed boost that I need.

How hosed am I? Any thoughts on how to fix this with the least amount of gear possible?
