Bad experience with IDP Amritsar counsellors?

I’m really disappointed with the experience I’ve had with IDP Amritsar counsellors. My visa process is getting delayed because important documents were not submitted on time by idp, and communication has been extremely poor.

Calls and messages often go unanswered. After I raised a complaint, I received a call from the manager assuring me that my documents would be submitted properly. However, even after that, there has still been a lack of response and clarity regarding my application status.

As a student, this process is already stressful, and timely communication is the least we expect. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Any suggestions on how to handle this professionally?
