Just finished the premiere and I had to break this whole episode down because there is so much to unpack.

I made a full recap/reaction video if anyone wants to watch: https://youtu.be/erwdf8BdF0k

But for the discussion here, I need to talk about a few things:

  1. Sincere and Melanie have no business being this locked in on night one. East coast connection, matching energy, multiple makeout sessions. I'm already emotionally invested and I know that's dangerous but I don't care. If they don't make it I'm going to take it personally.
  2. KC choosing plants in the matching game and then getting an empty door during coupling might be the most brutal back to back sequence in Love Island history. The man fumbled before the game even started.
  3. Sean came in honest about being a single dad from the jump and showed the best chemistry with Beatriz all night. Then she stood on red and he had to LISTEN to her kissing Gabriel through the door. That is cruel television and I am here for it.
  4. Kenzie and Bryce had the funniest moment of the night and nobody is talking about it. She was fully attracted to him until the kiss and her face said everything her words didn't.
  5. The bombshell entrance with the doors still closed is genuinely one of the best twists this show has done. Making the original partners hear everything without seeing anything is next level production.

Who are you riding with this season? And does anyone actually think Sean and Beatriz are done or are they finding their way back?
