Experienced nursing staff at Northwell Staten Island University Hospital North (Seaview Ave)?

I'm trying to help someone in my family research where to have her birth. SIUH North (on Seaview Ave) would definitely be most convenient, but she heard from someone on staff that the place became a sh*$#show under current senior leadership because none of the experienced nurses could stand it and they all left, leaving a very inexperienced nursing staff overall. She believes that an experienced nursing staff is one of the most important factors in a safe and calm-as-possible delivery. But maybe that's just one perspective. Can anyone verify if SIUH actually has a highly experienced labor & delivery nursing staff in fact? Can anyone point us to evidence of this?
