Losing all hope

This is not a post to discourage or dismotivate anyone I do believe in subliminals and they have worked like some have worked for some aspects but I have lost all hope in physical results like I have hit rock bottom I really didn't want to make this post being vulnerable but I made one before from another account and people scolded me and told me its all because I was too insecure told me to fix my self concept honestly it's always those same tips which imma be honest doesn't help at all I am trying to gain physical results to make my self concept good like I try alot but I go back to square one I have become so insecure face and I don't even wanna look like any model I just wanna look like this one face I have in my mind
