Pulling sequence assistance.

I couldn't find the post with the banner rules and pulls, so I'm going to be the 50th person today to ask this question.

I have about 350 pulls, and I'm trying to see how far I can get. Ideally, I wanted at the very least to get S2R1 Lucy and S0R1 Rebecca, but S3 would be great. Also, in what order should I be pulling? I'd guess it's Lucy, weapons, and back to Lucy again?
