Launching a new perfume brand by a foreigner

So i am a foreigner willing to move to India specifically Bengluru to start an affordable luxury perfume brand. The cost of the bottle 100 ML will be around $35 including shipping which is equivalent to 3,350 rupees. Do you think it will succeed with a very strong advertising content, ads, influencers, UGC creators and much more. How much do you think i will be having orders?
