What is the end goal of Jehovah's Witnesses?

this question has been bothering me for a really long time, what are the JWs actually working for ? I am talking real deal like the organisation wants full control? yes, but for what exactly ? the organisation is one of the poorest organised religions and there seems to be no commercial or political motivations around this so i am just confused as to why they would put so much effort in brainwashing and campaigning?
