Anyway to increase spawn probability of a specific Joker in shops?

To be specific I just have the Stuntman left to complete my collection, I have unlocked it but since then I have not been able to see it in my shops in runs. Is there anyway I can increase the odds of a certain joker appearing in runs, apart from the Tags.
