Moving to a new office and forced to be full time office based

My company is planning to move to a new office 20 mins away and they want to make us all work full time in the office again.

Everyone's contracts currently state that they only need to be in the office 3 days a week, so it's not going down well. Can my company make this happen or will they need to consult with us to do it?
