How to watch the worldcup in Algeria?

Hello, I don’t have a satellite dish (parabole), so I don’t get regular TV channels. I only use streaming apps on my smart TV. So i can’t watch the Algerian games on ENTV, I also don’t have access to bein sports because I don’t have the device, and I wanted to get a subscription to the TOD app, but it’s $94. And for someone that doesn’t care about football that much that seems like too much but also I really don’t wanna miss it. And I have tried other illegal sites and it was an awful watching experience. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions of what i can do?
