Getting a phone number without an existing French phone number.

Hello, I'm trying to order an esim from Orange France, to receive a french phone number. When checking out online, it asks to create an account with a french phone number. It is mandatory. There is no way to change the country, its just French.

Please let me know how you got an esim without an existing phone number! Thank you

PS - I have a data only esim at the moment from Orange Travel, I specifically need a French phone number now.
