Tom x Harry fiction I can't find that I read YEARS ago but desperately want to again

I don't remember which platform it was on. It was a tomarry fic where a hogwarts student tom performs a ritual/spell to bring his soulmate to himself which pulls harry across time to him. And there's a circle involved, and Harry can't cross the circle or else he goes back to his time, which Tom figures out the solution for and brings him back and etc (I dont remember all details, sorry)

At some point Harry goes back to the future and Tom follows and finds out all the things he's done in the future, and doesn't take Harry back to the past. Harry kills voldemort and starts obsessing over going back to the past to Tom.

I remember it being explicit.

If anyone knows what fic this is, PLEASE TELL ME😭
