Anyone have any advice for starting a pyjama business?

I’m looking to start a pyjama business for women! I see a real gap in the market. Just wondering which direction I should start in first? Should I focus on validating my audience before I start? Focus on documenting my progress on social media? Or focus on the pyjama style and nailing that first, so that I can sell with more confidence?
