Amanda’s role as “Creative Director” at Loverboy

Maybe this has already been talked about so sorry if it has but I’m watching “in the city” and I keep seeing these scenes of Kyle struggling with the business and having these crisis meetings with a bunch of executives including the head of social media. My question is if Amanda is creative director of Loverboy how come she’s never in any of the meetings or working? Like are they just giving her a really bad edit or how does she get away with doing very little. I’m a designer so I’m confused how she’s not overwhelmed with tasks?

Also I’m aware that Amanda kind of sucks as a designer and plagiarised the whole loverboy brand identity but she still has the title.
