Please help I think im gonna fail H2 History

I genuinely have no idea what to do. My teacher transferred from a SECONDARY SCHOOL like 2 months ago (im JC1), and he genuinely doesn't teach at all. He deviates from History during history and LITERALLY just plays the lectures in class or makes us do tutorials that he DOES NOT MARK. He marked our essays for the FIRST TIME, and the comments came back, literally AI and its SO OBVIOUS because his copy that he "marked" is literally him just highlighting the whole answer and giving 0 comments (IN THE SAME COLOUR) and also the AI giving random comments that dont make sense at all (literally said that the same example was good then proceeded to say that the example did not answer the stand and should be changed???) FYI: he took one month to mark and I even submitted it 5 days early so that he could give quality marking (and he literally accused me of not submitting???)

Before you say, "why dont you tell other teachers?" I HAVE... multiple times. Even in the teacher survey, I gave him constructive feedback and after a month, nothing has changed.

For context, I have 2 history Chers, so I complained to the other cher, and all he said was "he has NSG games to attend..." HELLO??? I have 4 other subjects + CCA to attend to and this guy is saying the TEACHER cant do his job??? I didnt even tell the other cher to tell him to mark btw, I literally told him to tell the other cher to actually teach something in TUTORIALS.

the severity is that: he doesn't teach at all and talks about nonsense in the lessons(e.g. cracking dad jokes or talking about Star Wars???) he even left the class for 30min before because he had to 'take a call' LIKE WHAT???

the "he is busy" excuse doesn't even line up because there weren't even a lot of NSG for him to attend anyway, and he could mark it in tutorial sessions because he isn't doing anything anyway????

Lectures issues: they literally read off the lecture notes so theres no point in watching it at all, and literally makes references to videos for us to watch when the link isn't even provided. Not to mention, this "teacher" uploads lectures 2 weeks late...

He literally makes me question if he even knows what hes teaching, he literally borrowed someone's lecture notes to check what we are learning so he can set the WA2??? and when I asked him what we are tested on he said "uhh I dont know...its something you have learnt tho" LIKE WHAT???

Hes also my PW teacher and talks more about history in PW than in history literally. (ofc nothing useful) when theres literally non-history students in the class???

im literally going to fail because im learning nothing and no teachers seem to want to help (I have complained to like my form and co form cher like 3 times already and the entirety of the class has reflected this too)

what should I even do atp... not like I can get tuition cos theres none for history or barely any...
