F16(soon17) Im bleeding constantly from my uterus?

Um hello, this is weird. I usually have periods that last 5 days with slight spotting before/after that I dont count. But my recent period lasted 8 days (of normal/heavy bleeding) that was 5 days ago and since then ive been having spots of blood, sometimes like full on leaks that feel like period of fresh blood. I have sharp pain in my left down side, sometimes middle. Ive been taking hormonal antyconception but my dosage ran out before my last period but i got my new pacage now (waiting till my next period to start taking it again). Is it normal for me to just free bleed after not taking those pills? I know this is not the continuation of my period as it has no clumps or uterus lining, no I have not engaged in any sexual acts, no I dont take any additional meds. Im 166 cm, 60kilo. Its not possible that its some STD, last time ive engaged with my bf sexualy was 6 months ago and we use protection + I was tested before that for it.
