Best way to storage only movies/TV shows?

I just want to storage only that but I don't know how to approach this. I don't think I need to do backup of this (I have a few niche movies/TV show that are hard to find but I can replicate those files in another drive, so we're good) I just need to create an excel to name those files and where they are.

Should I need a DAS connected to my PC? A DAS connected to an old PC with unraid? Something like this thing and just connect the drive I need? I have a few old HDD lying around.
