[FM24] Can a lower division team (non playable, 3-4 division below playable) get promoted to a playable league?

My team has an affiliated club, which is real life club where i play right now, and i thought it would be awesome to manage my club, but the problem is we play in the 8th tier in Denmark, and the danish playable leagues is down to the 4th tier, then the two divisions below that (5th and 6th tiers has real names, and below that every league is just a mix called Danish Lower Division, so my irl club is in the second best Danish Lower Division. Is it possible for the team to from Danish Lower Division to go all the way (in a couple years) up to the 4th tier so it's a playable team?

I've sent some of my worst youngsters that won't ever be good enough to play even in the 3rd tier in Denmark, but they are 5th tier material right now, so they are clearly the best players in their league (8th tier), and they have an average rating above 7.5, so i'm hoping they are tearing it up and bringen my club up the ladder!

Just wanted to know it's possible even.
